Lia Redick

Lia Redick has gone from junior prospect to one of Canada’s most reliable all-arounders in barely two seasons. The Oakville, Ontario, native won the all-around at Elite Canada in February 2026, finished second at International Gymnix, and then took the all-around title at the DTB Pokal in Stuttgart, where she also helped Canada to team gold.

Beam is where she first made her mark internationally: she won Pan American gold on beam in Panama City in 2025, adding team silver. At the 2026 Pan Ams in Rio she took silver on floor and team bronze, and this summer she helped Canada to team silver at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, placing fourth in the floor final.

Coached by Olena Yermolchuk at Oakville Gymnastics Club, Redick has committed to LSU, where she’s set to arrive in 2027. Gymnastics Canada named her to its team for Worlds in Rotterdam.
