Lena Bickel

Lena Bickel is the leader of the Swiss women’s team. At Europeans in Zagreb in 2026 she placed tenth in the all-around and qualified seventh into the floor final, the first Swiss woman in a final since Giulia Steingruber in 2021, and finished eighth. With the team she placed tenth, enough to secure Switzerland’s spot at Worlds.

In 2025 she made the all-around final at Worlds in Jakarta and finished 16th, after coming back from a broken hand earlier that year.

From Ticino, she represents SFG Morbio Inferiore and trains at the national center in Magglingen. Her 2026 season also included bars and floor wins at the Tashkent World Challenge Cup and the all-around title at the Four Nations meet in Vienna, and she passed her Matura exams just before Euros.

She has been named to Switzerland’s team for Worlds in Rotterdam.
