Hezly Rivera is the top all-arounder in the U.S. right now. She won the national all-around title in 2025 and again in 2026 in Phoenix, where she bounced back from a fall on day one with a nearly flawless 56.950 on day two.
At the Paris 2024 Olympics she was 16, the youngest athlete on the entire U.S. roster, and part of the gold-medal team led by Simone Biles.
Born in Hackensack and raised in Oradell, New Jersey, she moved to Texas with her family to train at WOGA in Plano under Valeri and Anna Liukin, the parents and coaches of Olympic champion Nastia Liukin. Bars is her favorite event, but beam is where she scores highest. She’s headed to LSU in 2027.
After the two-day selection camp in Crossville, Tennessee, USA Gymnastics named her to the five-woman team for Rotterdam on October 1. It will be her first Worlds.
