Dulcy Caylor was the surprise winner of the 2025 Worlds selection event and made three finals in her Worlds debut in Jakarta: all-around, beam and floor. She was fifth all-around in qualifying, the top American.
In 2026 she placed sixth at nationals and in September won floor gold at the Szombathely World Challenge Cup, ahead of Olympic medalist Flávia Saraiva, after topping floor qualifying there as well.
She grew up in North Carolina, and her family moved to Texas so she could train at the Biles family’s World Champions Centre. She has signed with Florida but is deferring until fall 2028 to focus on LA28.
After the selection camp in Crossville, USA Gymnastics named her the traveling alternate for Worlds in Rotterdam.
