Coralie Demers is one of the new faces on Canada’s Worlds team. The 16-year-old from Montreal is in her first senior season, and Gymnastics Canada named her to the squad for Rotterdam.

She arrives with a strong junior résumé. In 2025 she won the Canadian junior all-around title and the junior all-around at Elite Canada, took bronze on vault and with the team at the Junior Pan American Games in Asunción, and competed at Junior Worlds in Manila. Gymnastics Canada named her its junior athlete of the year.

Bars and vault are her strengths. In her first international meet as a senior, the Varna World Challenge Cup in May 2026, she won bronze on bars (12.800).

Demers trains at Gymnix in Montreal with Quentin Midrouillet, Gymnastics Canada’s 2025 development coach of the year, and Francine Bouffard.
